Our Boss Is Jesus Christ

The RIVER Organization Christian Church is dedicated to serving the poor. The short version of our Mission Statement is; The RIVER flowing with the Living Water of Life: "Eradicating Homelessness, Feeding the Hungry, Helping the Needy and Giving to the Poor." Our Mission statement reflects who we are. We are people helping people in need. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada USA, we are a Christian-faith organization following the principles of the Holy Bible. We are missionaries of Jesus Christ.
We are a free-church spreading the Gospel and teaching the Sacred Scripture to all in need. With the Word of God and divine blessings, we are providing spiritual services and charity to the poor. The Holy Spirit guides us and comforts us as we journey through the evilness and darkness of destitution.
We are Disciples of Jesus Christ. In the name of Jesus Christ, we obey Him and do the works He commands us to do. Our works in His name require our involvement with helping and teaching the poor. Our service to Jesus Christ is our duty to the poor.
Man made poverty, not God. And man can end poverty with God's help and God's will. During our missions and ministries, we will set the standard for destitution recovery. With the Divine offering our inspiration we use the Holy Scripture to teach and preach to the poor. And with prayer we seek to make the weak strong. We are like shepherds who bring the lost, strayed and scattered flock of sheep back to our Shepherd, the Good Shepherd. In our obedience to our Lord Jesus Christ, we bring the homeless back home to Him. We are determined to strike out homelessness. Just like that!
Christian River is an online church and communications network connecting people with people by utilizing the new media. Our obedience to our Boss, Jesus Christ, dictates our existence. We have no "church" building or congregation or parish of our own, we are a Church in the sense that we are in the Body of Christ and we are His Church. We as individuals have our own separate churches, faiths or denominations, but we work together as a group for common humanitarian goals and are in agreement that the Bible is the Truth. That's why we say we are a "full-denomination" church.
Come and take the Living Water of Life freely.
